These workshops are provided for groups of between 10 and 20 people. They can include Stress/Weight Management, Meditation, Self-Hypnosis etc.

Meditation/ Clinical Hypnosis Taster Day: *Very Popular!
This one- day retreat/workshop can include one or several of the following:
Introduction to Meditation. (Morning session)
Ancient insights have been supplemented by modern psychological skills and theory. Traditional teaching techniques have been largely improved by modern teaching methods and group dynamics. This has increased the potency of meditation, with better effects for the practitioner. For the beginner, the most obvious effects of this workshop are relaxation and increased energy. Many find their ability to concentrate increased. Quite a few report improvements of their general well-being after several months of practice. It is now generally accepted that meditation techniques can be an important aid in managing stress, lowering blood pressure and mitigating other undesirable effects of the modern life style. This workshop provides an enjoyable and useful introduction to the world of meditation and its many benefits.
Zen Art Meditation. (After Lunch)
Ever since a human first etched a drawing onto a stone wall and created a written language, we have been using art to communicate our understanding of the mysteries of life. For centuries, Zen monks in Japan have utilised the ancient traditions of calligraphy, ink painting, and poetry to aid them in meditation and improve their insights. After a period of meditation, artistic activities further calm the body and mind and offer another way to tap into one’s intuitive nature. This workshop will introduce participants to the beauty and simplicity of Zen art forms. It offers beginners a simple, quick, and fun way to relax with Zen art. Selected quotes, poetry, writings and Japanese Zen illustrations will inspire you as you practice this ancient technique. This Zen art workshop provides an enjoyable introduction to meditative art and a means to practice the craft – or just relax.
Self Hypnosis for Relaxation & Stress Management. (Late Afternoon Session)
Participants in this workshop will develop the ability to hypnotise themselves in order to make positive change in their lives. Using a number of specialist techniques they will build solid understanding of what exactly hypnosis is and how it works. This workshop includes a wealth of information on human behaviour, psychology and emotional states. It comes with a number of additional benefits:
