I am a fully qualified/ registered clinical hypnotherapist and teacher. I run a practice in Moira Co. Antrim, every Saturday and in Dromara every Wednesday evening. I also offer a number of outreach services across N. Ireland and the R.O.I.

I deal with a variety of issues that can affect us throughout our lives. One area of focus is the adverse effects that stress and anxiety have on our minds and bodies. These issues can lead to the formation of habits, phobias and a range of physical problems over time.
